NoBroker is India’s first proptech unicorn. It cuts out the broker from the
property ownership process and connects property owners directly with
tenants and buyers. When NoBroker began to scale, they found it
challenging to manage the thousands of customer interactions they
received. Traditional communication channels like email and phone were
not sufficient to communicate with all customers.
